Science At Home Today
Next, I added baking soda and some vinegar into some Diet Coke to see what it would do. The baking soda floated to the bottom, while the vinegar made the Coke bubble up. After I stirred the baking soda from the bottom, it fizzed up, too. I learned from these experiments that there are some things that can fizz up in Diet Coke besides Mentos.
Next, I tried to see what would dissolve faster in Diet Coke: a dog treat or a cherry tomato. I'm still waiting for the results but I'll check on the experiment in 24 hours from when I started the experiment. I'll record which ones had dissolved more.

The Salmon Kings Game
On Saturday, Dec. 9th, 2006, I went to a Victoria Salmon Kings hockey game at the Save On Foods Memorial Arena. My dad, me, and my brothers (Michael and Matthew) got to sit in a suite to watch the game, and it had regular flip down seats, as well as couches and free popcorn, hot dogs, and pop. It had it's own bathroom too, so we didn't have to go that far to use it. It was fun to watch the game from those seats because our suite was in the centre of the rink, about 18 rows back. There was a Teddy Bear Toss when the Salmon Kings scored their first goal of the game. People would throw Teddy Bears on the ice and that was kind of annoying because it took a long time for them to clear the Teddy's off the ice so the game could go on.
The people we sat with were lawyers who had bought the suite for the season. Mr. Mulligan and Mr. Tam were very kind to us because they let us use their suite and helped up get popcorn sometimes. The have a law firm named, Mulligan Tam Pearson. They gave someone at the Law School these tickets for this game, and my dad, who works at the Law School, got them. It was nice that we could go into the suite to watch the game because we could walk around in the suite, and because we could see better with no people in front of us to block us.
The score was 3-2 for the Salmon Kings. I was glad that they won because I like the Salmon Kings a lot. It was the most fun hockey game in my life!!!

Need For Speed Carbon
Another game thats similiar is called Burnout. In Burnout you can race in places like on the Inter-State. On the Inter-State there are lots of cars that aren't racing so you dodge them or get in a car crash. In Burnout you have a choice of about four cars. Some of the cars are fast and some of them are slow but the fast ones are harder to control. There are also some cars that are in the middle; not too hard and not too easy to drive. In the race, if your car places third place or higher, you move onto the next race and unlock a new place that you race on.

Cross-Country
Running is fun. You can do Cross Country which is long distance running. Track And Field is not usually as long of distance. When you run you get exercise. Running can be very hard, too.
Cross Country is fun. Cross Country is a mile and a half race. You mostly save your energy for the end of the race. If you do well you might get to the city finals with some of the best Cross Country runners. Cross Country is hard to do.

Games & PS3

I want to get Battlefield 2. I like Battlefield 2 because its like American Army but there is more room for you to go around and you can go in tanks and in helicopters and airplanes. I want it for Christmas because it is one of the best games I have seen. It would be fun if it was for free. It is also online so when you buy it you install it, then if you have Internet you can play with other people in the game. Battle field 2 is going to be fun if I get it.
I want to get a PS3. PS3 stands for Play Station 3. It would be fun to have it because it has games that look more 3d then other game systems. PS3's are a very new game system. There is Play Station, Play Station 2 and now, Play Station 3. The only other game system that looks as 3d as the PS3 is the X box 360. PS3's are the newest game system besides the Wii.
